'Kohiki' is the style of Japanese pottery characterized by a simple, unglazed exterior. The textured surface emphasizes the natural qualities and understated elegance of the serving pot.
While primarily used for soy sauce, these little serving pots can also be used for other sauces such as ponzu or tsuyu.
