Wild Yuzu Juice from Kochi

Hand pressed juice taken from fruits grown from seed and not on grafted rootstock. 18 years are required to deliver a harvest and no short cuts are taken. This delivers the highest quality and purest wild yuzu juice with a flavour unmistakably citrus; deeper with more zest than lemon and hints of grapefruit and mandarin. Just a few drops are required to flavour sashimi, miso soup, cream, ice cream, savoury sauces, dressings or cocktails.
