The Story

This product has a Best Before Date of 31/07/2026.

A premium quality, all-natural white soy sauce from Yuasa Shoyu. An increased ratio of wheat flour to soya beans creates a more delicate flavour and lighter colour while maturing in cedarwood casks (uncommon for white soy), impart a woody aroma and excellent balance of salt and umami.

This subtle but powerful sauce is very popular with chefs for its ability to delicately enhance dishes and sauces without overpowering them. This condiment is great when a dish is lacking depth or your flavours need a lift. It is ideal in Japanese cuisine like stir fries to compliment but not overwhelm other more subtle flavours in the dish.

White soy sauce is also the perfect dipping sauce for sashimi, specifically crafted for mild, white-fleshed fish. Avoid overpowering or discolouring delicate slices with this light and flavourful option.

Available in 200ml & 720ml
